Come enjoy this beautiful Lake Murray home. Sits in a quite cove with lots of privacy. Lake Murray Marina is only 5.7 miles from the house where you can go rent boats, paddle boards, etc to enjoy while you stay here. The dam by road is only less than 2 miles away and you're only 5 miles from shopping. Please beware that the only way to get into the only bath is through the master bedroom. You can bring blow ups for extra guest if needed. The master is a king bed and the guest room is a queen. There is a pontoon boat that stays at the dock on the side but still plenty of room for another boat. We also have a ladder to get onto dock. 2 cat lives on the property but do not come inside-we do ask if you wouldn't mind feeding the outside cats. Their food is kept on front porch along with water. They do not normally hang around during the day but if you could feed them in the morning and night. If not it is okay we can run by and do it. No food or drinks in living room or on couch. There is only 3 places to park cars in the carport. Please don’t park in neighbors. We do not have a boat ramp. Please do not ask my neighbors to use their ramp. One ramp next to us is private the other is for the people that do not live on the lake in the area and they pay yearly fees to use it. There is a public boat ramp at the dam which is 2 miles away but from water from the dam to our home is about a 25 minute boat ride. You can also put in at Shealy's boat landing which is closer by water. Their address is 320 State Rd S-40-1680 Irmo SC 29063 USC is only a 25 minute drive about 16 miles.

You can experience great fishing right off the property or the dock, or in the nearby coves. Property is Lake Front with 1 boat dock/slip. View is wonderful. Large deck on the back with a nice, big hot tub over looking the lake. We offer 3 bedrooms with 2 queen beds and the kids room has a full size bed .Easily sleep 2. The sunroom has a new futon that's nice and comfy and will sleep 2. All of the bedrooms have flat screen TV's with Dish Network. The family room has a 65 inch LCD Roku flat screen with Dish Network and DVD player with awesome surround sound system. Sunroom has flat screen aswell over looking the lake. Outside lighting is awesome-from low level deck lights to flood lights around the house. We are located in Rocky Creek Cove area which is mid lake. Buffalo Creek Grill and Acapulco camping/ boat ramp is very close and Riverwinds Marina, Big Mans marina and TB’s lake shack are 10-15 min ride by boat , Party Cove / hurricane cove is within 15 minutes by boat. Fishing is spectacular on Lake Murray. Bait store is close by with the best live Herring for those big Stripers you'll catch. Fuel is available on the water at and Big Man’s or Riverwinds marina or by land at the EnMarket just 4 miles away. Cozy Pottery Barn quilt and extra pillows! The second bedroom, I call the green room, has a beautiful queen post bed with antique styled furnishings and decorations. The third bedroom, the blue room, offers a casual lake designed theme with a queen and a full bed that easily sleeps 4 adults or children. I also have a pack' n play crib and twin sized portable bed if needed. Please reserve these when making the reservation. I have wonderful, helpful neighbors and will help if I'm not available for suggestions for boats, marinas and just great company if needed. Their children make friends and repeat guests ask if they are still there...like old friends! Join in on the fun! Although I live in my home when it’s not rented, that’s a bonus for you because it offers well appointed items for your use: dishes, pots & pans, comfortable furniture, bedding, new pillows and the cleanliness and organization of a dream location to spend your vacation. I travel for work but if I’m not away I live in my tiny home on the property with no access unless you have an emergency that needs my attention. The house was very clean and is spacious with a large kitchen stocked with pots, pans, utensils and dishes for more than 8 people. Views of the lake are stunning from the floor to ceiling windows. The sectional is comfortable and accommodates 6 adults. Pool table and smart TV were appreciated during a rainy day. 3 bedrooms with plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Beds are comfortable and linens were provided. Bathroom towels are provided and in good condition. Both bathrooms were clean and had good water pressure. This was our first trip to Lake Murray and the fishing was absolutely amazing! The lake is beautiful and we even met a few boaters while on the water. Short boat rides for fuel, bait and lunch! The house is in a very convenient location. Local restaurants did not disappoint and it's a short drive to grocery stores. My husband and I travel with our boat throughout the East coast. We've stayed in many homes and I would definitely recommend this property especially if your staying for longer than a week.

This beautiful home is located directly on Lake Murray and only a few minute boatride away from the famous Buffalo Creek Restaurant & Marina. It is located in a great neighborhood, and the views from the large deck are amazing! The outdoor areas at this location are the highlight of the property! There are so many places to sit and enjoy your morning coffee, choose from the large back patio, the lakefront screened porch, or the firepit sitting area by the lake! There is also an outdoor kitchen area downstairs, that includes a flat-top griddle, refrigerator, sitting area, and a pool table! VERY important to know how to clean/reseason the griddle with cooking oil after every use! The cove is a blast to hang out and swim in. When you finish up, enjoy rinsing off in the outdoor shower. If you are bringing a boat, there is a small boat ramp on the property, and also 2 public boat ramps just around the corner, at SCE&G #3 or #4. Inside, you will find 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom; upstairs is the guest suite that has a queen bed and a set of bunk beds, a private bathroom, and has direct access to the screened porch. Guests MAY NOT park vehicles on the road or they will be towed. If your vehicles will not fit in the driveway, you must make arrangements to park vehicles elsewhere. Vacasa cannot assist you in making arrangements for parking. Guests may not move cones, open driveway gates or in any way change the setup of the cul-de-sac. The cones and gates are on the neighbor's property and are not to be disturbed in any way. Dock Details: Water Access: Guests may ONLY use the dock area on this property. Neighbors will report any guests who leave the yard and use the docks on adjoining properties. Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. There is a gazebo right next to the lake with running water, refrigerator, and a huge deck connected to the dock. This beautiful log cabin on Lake Murray is located minutes away from Dreher Island State Park and a short walk from Buffalo Creek Grill & Marina. It has a fully equipped kitchen which includes refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, stovetop oven & microwave, along with 2 coffee makers. We've also added a full size popcorn machine, soft serve ice cream & cotton candy machine, for kids of all ages. Enjoy the days or evenings on the covered back porch while cooking on the propane grill and taking in the beautiful view (often Bald Eagles are spotted across the cove in the trees). Relax around the fire pit making smores or enjoying an adult beverage. The property has a private boat ramp and dock with plenty of room to accommodate 6 cars & a boat trailer out front. We've provided a pack and play, a high chair and a children's gate for the steps, if needed. There is also a playset for children in the front yard. There is a pull out couch in the loft area for extra sleeping space. This cabin is minutes away from Chapin which has several dining options. If it's a rainy day there is a pool table and juke box for your enjoyment, along with several board games and a computer with internet access. We also have Cornhole so you don't have to pack your boards and bags. We also provide a backup propane tank for the grill, just in case.

This secluded cabin is simple, but comfortable with a fabulous view of the lake, a large boat ramp and a dock where you can launch your boat, tie it up to the dock, swim and fish. If you like birds, this place offers some wonderful viewing. We have seen Bald Eagles, Osprey, Owls, Loons, all sorts of ducks and loads of migratory birds, including Brown Pelicans! This cabin is just outside the Lexington Town limits and 5 minutes from the Lake Murray Dam, less than a mile from Hwy. 6. There is a driving range directly across from the entrance to our driveway. The Regal Pastime Pavilion 8 movie theater is 5 minutes away; the Riverbanks Zoo & Botanical Gardens are 20 minutes away and there are plenty of other fun things to do beyond playing on Lake Murray! The house is simply furnished, but very comfortable with lots of sleeping space. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other bedroom has a twin and full size bed. In the large great room there is a a trundle bed with 2 twins. The bathroom is large with a shower/tub enclosure. There is a small capacity washer & dryer. The dining room area has a large table that easily seats 8 people. A large counter in the kitchen area has 6 stools for even more seating space. There is a wood burning fireplace in the great room for those cool nights in the fall, winter & early spring.

Plenty of room to park your truck & trailer. Deck for grilling & sunset viewing. Floating dock for your boat. SCE&G Boat ramp #4 is located right around the corner for launching your boat. 50' Plasma TV in Living room. Both bedrooms have TV's as well. The Master bedroom has a King Bed. The Master bathroom has a large soaking tub as well. The Second bedroom has a Queen Bed. The living room has three sofas. One of the sofas is a queen pull out sleeper. There is a outdoor table with umbrella and chairs for dining outdoors if you like. Floating dock has a dock ladder so if you don't have a boat you can still enjoy swimming. There are a couple of floats and noodles that you can use for swimming while you are there. This is an excellent fishing location as well. This home is located close to a couple of Lake Murray's favorite restaurants by water and by land. Like Lake Murray Resort and Charlie's. The maximum # of people allowed is 6.

With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, a great room and a sleep loft, there is room to sleep 10-12 guests (pull-out sofa upstairs sleeps 2 additional). Lower level bedrooms and kitchen are accessed by a separate outside entrance. A screened in porch with rockers and swing overlooks a large, beautiful lake view. This 1200 square foot log cabin is located on a quiet 1 acre wooded lot at end of a cove just off the big water. With no developments on the opposite side, the cove is an excellent location for fishing, swimming, paddle boarding, and kayaking. The cabin sleeps six and features two bedrooms with one queen bed and two twin beds. The queen size sleeper sofa in the living area accommodates two comfortably. A large front porch with a swing and plenty of rocking chairs is a great place to start and end the day. The fire pit on the lake side is a great place to spend time with family and friends in the evening. Fire wood is provided. Grocery stores restaurants and other shopping options are within 20 minutes of the property. Gas stations and a Dollar General are only 5 minutes away.
